In the presence of Mrs. Asmaa Rhlalou, Mayor of Rabat, Mr. Mohamed Mehdi Bensaid kicked off the official inauguration of “La Fête de la musique” taking place annually on the 21st of June.

In order to celebrate Rabat "African Capital of Culture" and " Capitals of Islamic Culture"; the Ministry has scheduled an exciting program with open-air concerts in 13 districts of the capital.

It is important to note that the celebration of “la fête de la musique” will cover
15 cities in different regions of the Kingdom in the coming weeks.

Rabat African Capital of Culture is a very rich internationalcultural event taking place for one year with theparticipation of national and international actors. Ittransforms the city of Rabat and its region into a greattheater for all citizens respecting the COVID restrictions(physical, hybrid and virtual events).
